Who we are
A structured and ambitious football academy serving the young talents of Burundi.
Our story
Never Give Up Academy is a football academy founded in Burundi in July 2023 by its co-founders Yves Niyukuri and Jean Bosco Nibitanga.
The academy was born from a shared ambition: to contribute to the development of Burundian football by giving young players a structured, professional and motivating environment in which to learn, progress and fully express their potential.
We place player development at the heart of our approach, combining sports training, discipline, support and competitive experience.
Never Give Up Academy also aims to build bridges between young Burundian talents and the opportunities offered by national and international football, notably through collaborations with clubs, academies, agents and scouts.
Our goal is to develop competitive, disciplined players who are prepared for the demands of modern football, while contributing to the future of football in Burundi.
Never Give Up — because every talent deserves an opportunity.
Our vision
Our vision is to make Never Give Up Academy a leading football academy in Burundi and East Africa, recognised for the quality of its training, its professionalism and its ability to reveal and support young talents.
We want to offer every player an environment that fosters both sporting and personal development, where talent, hard work and discipline are encouraged.
Through partnerships with clubs, academies, agents and scouts in Burundi, Africa and Europe, we want to create opportunities for our players to progress and, for the most talented, to gradually reach top-level football.
Developing today the talents who will build tomorrow's football.
Our mission
The mission of Never Give Up Academy is to scout, train, guide and support young footballers so that they can reach their full potential. We are committed to:

- Identifying young talents and supporting their progress
- Providing players with a structured environment suited to their development
- Taking part in competitions and sporting events so players gain experience

Talent opens a door, but hard work, discipline and perseverance are what get you through it.
