Who we are

An academy born from a shared ambition

Founded in July 2023 by co-founders Yves Niyukuri and Jean Bosco Nibitanga, Never Give Up Academy gives young players a structured, professional and motivating environment in which to learn, progress and fully express their potential.

We place player development at the heart of our approach: sports training, discipline, support and competitive experience.

Discover our story

Talent opens a door, but hard work, discipline and perseverance are what get you through it.

Our DNA

Six values, one mindset

Believe. Work. Progress. Succeed.

01
Perseverance

We believe no obstacle should stop a young player from pursuing their ambitions. We encourage our players to keep working and improving, even in the face of difficulty.
02
Discipline

Discipline is at the heart of an athlete's progress. We encourage punctuality, respect for the rules, commitment and seriousness in training and in competition.
03
Hard work

Talent must be matched by hard work. We encourage every player to work constantly to improve their qualities and push their own limits.
04
Respect

We promote respect for teammates, coaches, opponents, referees, officials and everyone who contributes to the development of football.
05
Team spirit

Football is a team sport. We encourage solidarity, mutual support, communication and the ability to work together towards a common goal.
06
Ambition

We encourage our players to dream big and believe in their abilities, while understanding that success is built step by step through hard work and discipline.
